EN/RN – Quality Nurse (WA-based)
Full Time | Permanent | Mix of Onsite & WFH

Our sister company, Health Generation, a leading aged care consulting firm, is currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team in a full-time permanent position.

This role supports the Quality Indicator (QI) Companion Service, a critical program aimed at enhancing quality outcomes across aged care homes.

Location - You’ll be based in Western Australia, with the flexibility to work from home and travel to client sites. Onsite visits will range from Joondalup to Mandurah, so a car and valid driver’s licence are essential.

Work Structure - The QI Companion Service follows a structured quarterly cycle:

• Weeks 5–10: Mandatory onsite visits to conduct clinical assessments and data collection
• Weeks 1–4 and 11–12: Primarily work-from-home, focused on data validation and analysis & other potential QI work

Key Responsibilities

• When onsite, you will conduct onsite skin assessments, review wound charts, and engage with residents and staff
• Perform data validation and clinical documentation reviews during WFH periods
• Collaborate with clients to ensure quality compliance and meaningful QI outcomes
• Prepare clear, professional communications and justifications for data insights

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous aged care nursing experience
• Knowledge of Quality Indicators and clinical governance
• Strong customer service and representation skills
• Excellent written communication, particularly in clinical reasoning and documentation
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation) and ability to work with platforms like QPS, ECMS, and SharePoint
• You will hold a current valid Australian National Police Check nd NDIS Wokers Screening or a willingness to obtain
• Ou will have up to date immunisation records
• Full working rights in Australia
