Aged Care RN - Practice leads x 3 (Clinical & Educational Project)

• 3 Month casual engagement – $75 per hour + Super
• Monday to Friday Business hours
• Reporting to Governance Manager
• Assisting with developing educational resources, writing policies and procedures
• Suit those with strong background in quality or clinical governance
• Working out of Head Office – Brisbane CBD Inner West suburb location

We are seeking three experienced Aged Care Registered Nurses to join our team and work for our client as Practice Leads. This work will be based at our client's head office but will be executed across all of their aged are homes.

About the Roles:

These critical roles will run for 3 months and play a key part in supporting and implementing initiatives aligned with the Aged Care Reform agenda.

Key Details:

• Reporting to the Governance Manager and supporting the Senior Leadership Group and Operations
• Developing educational resources, writing policies and procedures.
• Focused on driving quality, compliance, and reform-readiness within the aged care space.

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Strong background in quality or clinical governance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in either clinical or education-focused roles
• In-depth understanding of aged care quality standards, compliance, and reform requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
