Lead Clinical Excellence in a Small, High-Quality Aged Care Home
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Quality & Compliance Manager to lead clinical governance and drive quality outcomes at our small, well-supported aged care facility in Southern Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Clinical Leader (Registered Nurse) with strong compliance, leadership, and team mentoring skills who is looking for a meaningful role in a values-based, resident-centred environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the complete oversight of clinical operations, including:
- Coordinating all aspects of resident care
- Leading clinical governance, infection control, and quality programs
- Managing AN-ACC funding and care documentation
- Providing leadership and mentoring to clinical staff (RNs, AINs)
- Overseeing staff rosters, case conferences, audits, and care planning
- Leading accreditation and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborating with GPs, allied health, and senior management
- You will report directly to the Managing Director and Board.

What You’ll Need
- Experience as a Residential Aged Care Clinical Leader
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Infection Prevention & Control Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights, valid Police Check
- Experience in cultural change or diverse workforce settings
- Language skills in Cantonese or Mandarin (highly regarded by not necessary)
