About the Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and experienced AINs to join the care team at a new, boutique style aged care residence offering luxury living, exceptional service, and breathtaking rooftop views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Multiple permanent full-time and part-time positions are available.

Your Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Worker, you will:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care alongside the Clinical Care Team and Registered Nurses
• Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, and personal needs
• Deliver care in alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
• Maintain residents’ dignity, rights, safety, and confidentiality
• Contribute to a compassionate, respectful, and supportive environment

Skills & Experience

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care OR currently studying Nursing with a completed Aged Care placement
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Full working rights
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting older adults
• Current National Police Check
• Up-to-date vaccinations as required by legislation and industry standards
