Interim Director of Nursing / Clinical Care Manager

6-Week Contract | Queensland | Immediate Start | Travel & Accommodation Provided

Nurse Generation is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing / Clinical Care Manager for an immediate six-week assignment supporting a 140-bed residential aged care home in Queensland.

This is a hands-on interim leadership opportunity for an experienced aged care clinician who can step confidently into an established environment, quickly understand priorities and provide strong clinical leadership and support to the team.

The Assignment

• Immediate start

• Approximately 6-week contract

• 140-bed residential aged care home

• Queensland location

• Travel and accommodation provided

• Provide experienced clinical leadership and oversight

• Support clinical governance, systems and processes

• Review and support clinical documentation and quality practices

• Identify priorities and provide practical support where required

• Work collaboratively with onsite leadership, RNs and care teams

• Support the delivery of strong clinical and quality outcomes

About You

We're looking for an experienced aged care clinical leader who is comfortable stepping into an interim assignment and making an immediate contribution.

You will ideally bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Clinical Care Manager, Care Manager or similar senior clinical leader

• Strong residential aged care experience

• Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements

• Strong clinical governance and documentation knowledge

• Experience supporting quality improvement and clinical compliance

• Confident leadership and communication skills

• The ability to quickly assess priorities and work collaboratively with an established team

• Availability to commence immediately or at short notice

• Flexibility to travel and remain away from home for the assignment

• Valid Police Check and NDIS Check
